Processing & Production Time

Each Raelina piece is made with care and requires approximately 10–14 business days for production before shipment.

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped to your delivery address.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. The estimated delivery timeframe begins once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to destinations we currently serve.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic (within the United States)

We offer free USPS Standard Shipping (5–9 business days) on all orders domestically.

Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days

Delivery to certain remote areas, including Alaska and Hawaii, may require an alternative carrier or additional transit time. If we are unable to deliver to your address, our customer service team will contact you.

International (outside the United States)

We offer complimentary standard shipping to all international destinations currently served by Raelina.

International orders are shipped via DHL or other trusted international and local delivery partners. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided below.
